A StateSync plan is sized against the subscription you already have, with room to spare. Your agent subscription should run out before your StateSync week does.

Billing questions.

How is billing handled?

Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, runs checkout, invoices and tax, and holds your card details. StateSync never sees them.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the billing portal on your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens after the trial?

The plan you picked starts at the price shown. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Plans cannot be switched during a trial, so either start the plan you picked straight away or cancel and choose another afterwards.

What counts as usage?

StateSync usage follows how much of your coding plan's weekly limit your agents use inside StateSync. Each model is weighted by how quickly it uses up that plan, so a full week on your coding plan takes about the same share of StateSync whichever model you choose. Agents you run outside StateSync never count. Limits run in 7 day weeks, and each week starts fresh.

What happens if I use up my week?

StateSync stops saving you money until the week starts again, or until you move up a plan. Your agents, projects and chats keep working exactly as before. On a trial you can move on to your plan early from your account page rather than waiting out the week.

What happens when I change plan?

Moving up takes effect straight away and your usage for the week resets to zero. Moving down keeps the plan you have already paid for until the end of your billing period, and the smaller plan starts after that. Plans cannot change during a trial.
